“I always knew I wanted to be a doctor and cure illness. But I never knew that something much bigger was planned for me by my Creator. As I went through academic, professional, and personal challenges in life they carved me for my true passion of Transformational Life coaching for self-discovery and self-development.

My first love is learning for self-development and second is helping people get well from illness. Being a medical doctor, initially it was physical illness that I wanted to cure through divine help, but with time I realized I wanted to guide people in their overall wholistic healing; mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. The realization began when I first started my spiritual journey in 1998. I fell in love with the holy script of Quran, its eloquence and mysteries within. The need to learn about the Creator and His revelation to His beloved Prophet SAW took me to formal education in it from 2002 till 2012. To make a long story short, it gave me insights about myself and connected me with my Creator in the most rewarding way, beyond comprehension. Besides this, I continued pursuing my professional career, as well as took several self-development courses and certifications along the way.

Being the daughter of a religious poet and short story writer Syed Qaisar Ali Shah who was also a direct descendant of Hazrat Abdul Qadir Jilani Rehmatullah Alaih, I admire Iqbal’s poetry and its message. I write poetry at times and enjoy writing articles on parenting, relationships, Teenagers, and health related issues. From a young age I became familiar with other cultures as my parents took us to different countries each summer break. It allowed me to develop a love for all colors and nations and instilled in me the respect, the lens for multiple perspectives, and adaptability needed for a wholistic approach in my practice.
I am a strong advocate of: prevention is better than cure. Taking care of our mental and emotional needs and destressing through various processes like mindfulness on a regular basis prevents many physical ailments from developing. My coaching sessions / packages, workshops, courses, and trainings are the collective wisdom and practical application of my lifelong trainings, insights, education, as well as of my personal and professional experiences and knowledge accrued over the course of 26 years. ”
