Our state-of-the-art sessions are excellent for uncovering the root cause of our client’s (teen/parent) problem, gaining insight about themselves, others, and their situation, releasing negative emotions in a safe environment, bringing clarity, and empowering them with newfound strategies to move forward with positivity and higher self-esteem to attain their true potential.

1: Mental Health Coaching

Our mental health coaching practice scope includes these Emotional and Mental health conditions: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, PTSD and flashbacks, Insomnia, ADHD management, Stress management, Childhood traumatic events, Phobias, fear, emotional eating disorders, Pain and depression of terminal illness, addiction, pain and depression of chronic illness, suicide ideation, emotional issues like Anger outbursts.

Goals

Each patient is unique and their response time varies, but we aim for a calmer, more relaxed you at the end of your fourth session.

  • You will become aware of your triggers, and be able to release your negative energies and emotions of anger, sadness, hurt, guilt, and fear.
  • You will be more optimistic about your future. You may also notice reduced sleep onset time.
  • By the end of 8 weeks you will notice a huge shift in your emotional behavior and habits and be more organized and focused in achieving your targets.
  • You will gain clarity about yourself, your life, and others and feel more in control of your emotions, thoughts, and situation.
  • You will achieve a happier mindset and be propelled to move past your pain, guilt, sadness, hurt, anger, and fears with momentum for your present and future life goals.

Methodology

Consultation will include detailed History intake, Assessment, and individualized Plan development. Any or all of these modalities may be used; Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy®, NLP techniques and Coaching techniques, accountability, and Client Tasking, depending on the individual need of the client.

Expectation

We give 100% to our clients and expect the same from them. You will be tasked at the end of each session and are expected to do it before the next session.

Time Limit

for each session and frequency of sessions varies depending on the need of the client but typically sessions may last from 30 minutes to one hour and most clients feel better after the first breakthrough session. Our initial intake session is usually 2 hours and breakthrough sessions are longer or shorter depending on the readiness of the client to let go of their internal emotional and mental issues.


2: Transformational Success Mindset Coaching: for Parents and Teens

Our Transformational Success Mindset Coaching System is a unique, one of a kind strategic program for adolescents ages 11 to 20 years old and parents.

It allows success mindset shifts in my clients and initiates action on optimizing parent-teen relationships, organizational skills development, life skills development, leadership skills development, smooth career transition or choice, academic success, setting boundaries, and anger management. If needed it will address sibling rivalry, porn/drug addiction in teenagers, and gender identity confusion as well as overcoming procrastination, fear, guilt, sadness, hopelessness, hurt, suicide ideation, and bullying issues. 

Goals of the Transformational Success Mindset System

Our transformational success mindset system takes into account the uniqueness of each individual, whether a parent, or a teenager, in terms of attributes, values, mindset, life experiences, set of challenges, peer influence, community interactions and family and socioeconomic dynamics.

  • By your fourth session your adolescent should have clarity of self and others, have gained awareness of their emotional triggers, and should be able to release their negative emotions of anger, sadness, hurt, guilt, and fear in a safe environment.
  • Your teenager and you should be more optimistic about your relationship and future. By the end of 8 weeks you should notice a huge shift in your teenager’s emotional behavior, habits and communication style.
  • Your teenager will become more organized and focused in achieving their targets, become proactive in doing assignments and achieving goals, develop new habits and healthier hobbies in place of unhealthy ones.
  • You will notice a jump in their self esteem and self-efficacy. Your teenager will feel more in control of their emotions and actions.
  • As a parent you will learn about your parenting style and will develop strategies for a parenting style specific for the needs of your teenager.

3: Health & Wellness Coaching

Our Health and Wellness Coaching Program comprises of individualized Lifestyle changes for a healthy living. Depending on your need we will target diet, exercise, stress management, weight loss, smoking, and insomnia.

Goal

We will work from inside out to bring about the desired changes in your mindset for lasting lifestyle changes. You can expect to lose 6 to 10 lbs in 7 to 10 months till you reach your ideal weight.

Modalities

A combination of:

  • Hypnosis
  • NLP coaching
  • Individualized diet plan and implementation
  • Exercise Planning and Execution

is most effective especially for weight loss and quitting smoking. Time Line Therapy if needed.

Time Limit

Initial intake usually 60 to 120 minutes. Breakthrough sessions vary in time. Regular sessions may last from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
